Communication is priority #1

The biggest complaint I have heard about the construction industry is the lack of communication.  Nobody seems to be in charge.  Schedules are a loose concept.  Where did all the workers go?

People have so many questions but there doesn’t seem to be anyone who is answering their questions.  At least not in a timely manner.  

My priority as a business owner is to never hear those complaints about our company.  Our top priority is clear, concise communication.  You may not always love what we have to tell you but we will tell you the truth and we will do it on a daily basis.

How?
